1. Who we are and what OddsAxis is

OddsAxis ("OddsAxis", "we", "us") is a sports prediction and analytics service operated from Ghana. We publish machine-generated predictions, statistical analysis, and SportyBet-format booking codes derived from our models.

OddsAxis is not a bookmaker. We do not accept stakes, hold betting funds, process bets, or pay out winnings. Any bet you place is placed by you, with a licensed betting operator of your choosing, under that operator's own terms. Your subscription pays for access to our analysis — nothing more.

2. Independence from SportyBet

OddsAxis is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to SportyBet Ghana or any other betting operator. We generate booking codes in SportyBet's format solely as a convenience, so our analysis can be reviewed in slip form. SportyBet's own terms govern anything you do on SportyBet's platform, including whether a code can be staked, at what odds, and with what limits. Odds shown by OddsAxis reflect the market at the time a code was generated and may differ from the odds available when you view or stake a slip.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use OddsAxis. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 and that using a sports prediction service is lawful where you live. We may suspend accounts where we reasonably believe the holder is under 18.

4. No guarantee of outcomes — read this section carefully

• Past performance does not guarantee future results. Our settled history, win rates, and confidence bands describe what has already happened; they are not a promise about any future slip.
• We publish our losses. Our ledger records every prediction — won and lost — and is not edited after the fact. This transparency is the core of our service; it is not a guarantee of profit.
• You alone decide whether to stake. Nothing on OddsAxis is betting advice, financial advice, or an inducement to gamble. If you choose to place bets based on our analysis, you do so entirely at your own risk.
• We are not liable for betting losses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OddsAxis accepts no liability for money lost staking any bet, whether or not the bet followed our analysis.

5. Accounts

• Registration requires accurate information and a working email address. One account per person.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Accounts are personal. Sharing an account, or sharing subscriber content (predictions, codes, analysis) outside your account, is a breach of these terms and grounds for termination without refund.

6. Subscriptions, tiers, and quotas

• OddsAxis offers tiered subscriptions (Bronze, Silver, Gold). Each tier grants access to a defined set of prediction options and a defined number of code generations and analyses per period, as described on the subscription page at the time of purchase.
• Quotas exist because each generation consumes real computing and data resources. Unused quota does not roll over.
• We may adjust which prediction options belong to which tier as our settled evidence evolves. Material reductions to a tier's access during a paid period will be announced, and affected subscribers may contact us for a fair remedy.
• Prices are displayed in Ghana cedis and may change. Changes take effect from your next billing period, never retroactively.
• Free or trial access, where offered, is a courtesy and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

7. Payments and refunds

• Payment is via Mobile Money or the channels listed on the subscription page. Your subscription activates when payment is confirmed.
• Refunds: you may request a full refund within 24 hours of your first purchase, provided no code generation or analysis has been used on the account. After 24 hours, or once any generation or analysis has been used, payments are final. Because our product is information that cannot be "returned" once seen, refunds after use are not offered.
• A lost bet is never grounds for a refund (see Section 4).
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew: each period is paid for deliberately, by you. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend the subscription until it is resolved.

8. Responsible play

We built OddsAxis on data, and the data is blunt: bookmakers hold a structural edge, and most bettors lose over time. Use our analysis to bet less and bet smarter — never to chase losses.

• Only stake money you can afford to lose.
• Set limits before you bet, not after.
• Gambling should never feel like a way out of financial difficulty.
• If betting is causing you harm, stop, and seek support.

We reserve the right to refuse service where we believe our product is contributing to harmful gambling.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, republish, broadcast, or systematically share our predictions, codes, ledger data, or analysis (including in Telegram or WhatsApp groups) without written permission;
• scrape, crawl, or access the service by automated means, or probe, overload, or interfere with our systems;
• reverse-engineer our models or attempt to reconstruct our datasets;
• misrepresent OddsAxis output as your own, or as a guarantee of winnings, when sharing anything we permit you to share;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose.

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach this section, without refund.

10. Intellectual property

The OddsAxis name, logo, website, models, predictions, ledger, statistics, and all content we generate are our property or licensed to us. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable licence to view and use the content for your own private purposes. No other rights are granted.

11. Service availability

• Generation and analysis depend on third-party data sources whose availability, odds, and market coverage we do not control.
• Odds and markets change continuously; a generated code may contain selections that are no longer available, suspended, or repriced by the time you view it.
• We may take the service down for maintenance or improvement.
• Settled results are recorded on a schedule, so recent predictions may show as pending before they are graded.

We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Where a defect on our side materially prevents you using a paid feature for an extended period, contact us and we will apply a reasonable remedy, such as extending your subscription.

12. Our transparency commitment (the Open Ledger)

Every prediction we publish is timestamped before kickoff and settled by machine against final results. We do not delete losing predictions, and our published statistics are computed from the full record. If we ever correct a settlement error, the correction is applied to the data, not by hiding the entry. This section describes our practice; it does not create a warranty beyond Section 4.

13. Termination

• You may stop using the service at any time; subscriptions run to the end of their paid period.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, provide false information, abuse our systems or staff, or create legal risk for us. Termination for breach forfeits the remaining subscription period.

14. Privacy

We collect the information needed to run the service: your account details (email, username), subscription and payment records, and usage data (generations, analyses, device and browser information, IP address for security and rate-limiting). We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers necessary to operate OddsAxis (hosting, payments) or where the law requires. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Ghana:

• the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for purpose, or availability;
• we are not liable for betting losses (Section 4), loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss;
• our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid to us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top will change, and material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
