1. Who we are and what OddsAxis is

OddsAxis ("OddsAxis", "we", "us") is a sports prediction and analytics service operated from Ghana by Strix Code. We publish machine-generated predictions, statistical analysis, and SportyBet-format booking codes derived from our models.

OddsAxis is not a bookmaker. We do not accept stakes, hold betting funds, process bets, or pay out winnings. Any bet you place is placed by you, with a licensed betting operator of your choosing, under that operator's own terms. Your subscription pays for access to our analysis — nothing more.

2. Independence from SportyBet

OddsAxis is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to SportyBet Ghana or any other betting operator. We generate booking codes in SportyBet's format solely as a convenience, so our analysis can be reviewed in slip form. SportyBet's own terms govern anything you do on SportyBet's platform, including whether a code can be staked, at what odds, and with what limits. Odds shown by OddsAxis reflect the market at the time a code was generated and may differ from the odds available when you view or stake a slip.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use OddsAxis. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 and that using a sports prediction service is lawful where you live. We may suspend accounts where we reasonably believe the holder is under 18.

4. No guarantee of outcomes — read this section carefully

• Past performance does not guarantee future results. Our settled history, win rates, and confidence bands describe what has already happened; they are not a promise about any future slip.
• Guidance is general, not personal. Information we publish about how to use our options — such as an option's role, suggested slip lengths, or the historical chance a slip shape has won — is drawn from past results. It is general information, not advice tailored to you, and not a prediction of any day's results.
• We publish our losses. Our ledger records every prediction — won and lost — and is not edited after the fact. This transparency is the core of our service; it is not a guarantee of profit.
• You alone decide whether to stake. Nothing on OddsAxis is betting advice, financial advice, or an inducement to gamble. If you choose to place bets based on our analysis, you do so entirely at your own risk.
• We are not liable for betting losses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OddsAxis accepts no liability for money lost staking any bet, whether or not the bet followed our analysis.

5. Accounts

• Registration requires accurate information and a working email address. One account per person.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Accounts are personal. Sharing an account, or sharing subscriber content (predictions, codes, analysis) outside your account, is a breach of these terms and grounds for termination without refund.
• To keep accounts personal, an account may be signed in on a limited number of devices at once; signing in elsewhere may sign out an earlier session. Content and downloads may carry a mark identifying the account they were provided to.
• Creating additional accounts to obtain further free trials is not permitted. Free trials may be limited per network or device.

6. Plans, options, and personal picks

• OddsAxis offers a free Guest plan and paid plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold). The price of each plan, the prediction options it includes, its number of personal picks, its usage allowances, and any discount for paying for several months at once are shown on the plans page at the time of purchase — that is what you buy.
• Personal picks. Paid plans include a number of personal picks: additional options you choose yourself from the Pick Menu on the My picks page, which shows each option's settled record. The rules for adding and swapping picks are shown on that page. If an option you picked is withdrawn, it is removed and you may choose a replacement at no cost.
• Options change with the evidence. We review every option against the public track record. Options may be added, replaced, or retired as the evidence changes, and some may be released as "beta" while evidence builds, labelled as such. We will keep the overall value of each plan comparable, and will announce material changes in your OddsAxis inbox.
• Usage allowances exist because each generation consumes real computing and data resources. Unused allowance does not roll over.
• Prices are displayed in Ghana cedis and may change for new purchases. The price you paid for an active period never changes during that period.
• Free or trial access is a courtesy and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

7. Payments, prepaid periods, and refunds

• Payment. Payment is by the methods shown on the plans page. Payments through our online checkout activate your plan automatically once the payment provider confirms them. Payments by other methods shown on the plans page (for example, from outside Ghana) are checked by hand and activated once confirmed. Depending on the method, the recipient may appear as OddsAxis or as Strix Code, the business that operates OddsAxis; both are us. Any currency conversion or fee charged by your bank, remittance service, exchange or payment provider is between you and that provider.
• Prepaid periods. Plans can be paid for one, three, six, or twelve months. The full amount for the chosen period is charged in advance, at the discount shown at checkout, and the plan runs until the end of that period. Subscriptions do not renew automatically; when a plan expires, the account returns to the free Guest plan.
• Renewing and upgrading. Paying again for the same plan while it is active adds the new period after your current expiry date, so renewing early never costs you days. Upgrading to a higher plan takes effect immediately for the period you buy; any unused time on your current plan is converted into time on the higher plan in proportion to the two prices, so value you have already paid for is not lost. A lower plan can be bought once your current plan has ended.
• Refunds. Any purchase — for one month or for a prepaid period of three, six, or twelve months — may be refunded in full if you ask within 24 hours of payment and the plan has not been used. "Used" means that, since the payment, at least one code has been generated, one slip analysed, or one file downloaded on the account; we verify this from our records. After 24 hours, or once the plan has been used, payments are final, including the unused months of a prepaid period. Because our product is information that cannot be "returned" once received, refunds after use are not offered.
• If we stop. If OddsAxis permanently discontinues the service, we will refund the whole unused months of any active prepaid period, in proportion to the price you paid.
• A lost bet is never grounds for a refund (see Section 4).
• If a payment fails, is reversed, or is charged back, we may suspend or remove the plan it paid for until the matter is resolved.
• How refunds are paid. Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible, for the amount we received. For payments in a digital currency such as USDT, refunds are made in the same currency and amount. Fees charged by third parties — banks, remittance services, exchanges or networks — are not refundable.

8. Responsible play

We built OddsAxis on data, and the data is blunt: bookmakers hold a structural edge, and most bettors lose over time. Use our analysis to bet less and bet smarter — never to chase losses.

• Only stake money you can afford to lose.
• Set limits before you bet, not after.
• Keep slips short: every extra leg is another way to lose.
• Gambling should never feel like a way out of financial difficulty.
• If betting is causing you harm, stop, and seek support.

We reserve the right to refuse service where we believe our product is contributing to harmful gambling.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, republish, broadcast, or systematically share our predictions, codes, ledger data, or analysis (including in Telegram or WhatsApp groups) without written permission;
• share your account, or create extra accounts to obtain free trials;
• scrape, crawl, or access the service by automated means, or probe, overload, or interfere with our systems;
• reverse-engineer our models or attempt to reconstruct our datasets;
• remove or alter any mark identifying the account content was provided to;
• misrepresent OddsAxis output as your own, or as a guarantee of winnings, when sharing anything we permit you to share;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose.

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach this section, without refund.

10. Intellectual property

The OddsAxis name, logo, website, models, predictions, ledger, statistics, and all content we generate are our property or licensed to us. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable licence to view and use the content for your own private purposes. No other rights are granted.

11. Service availability

• Generation and analysis depend on third-party data sources whose availability, odds, and market coverage we do not control.
• Odds and markets change continuously; a generated code may contain selections that are no longer available, suspended, or repriced by the time you view it.
• We may take the service down for maintenance or improvement, and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can.
• Settled results are recorded on a schedule, so recent predictions may show as pending before they are graded.

We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Where a defect on our side materially prevents you using a paid feature for an extended period, contact us and we will apply a reasonable remedy, such as extending your subscription.

12. Our transparency commitment (the Open Ledger)

Every prediction we publish is timestamped before kickoff and settled by machine against final results. We do not delete losing predictions, and our published statistics are computed from the full record. If we ever correct a settlement error, the correction is applied to the data, not by hiding the entry. This section describes our practice; it does not create a warranty beyond Section 4.

13. Termination

• You may stop using the service at any time; plans run to the end of their paid period.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, provide false information, abuse our systems or staff, or create legal risk for us. Termination for breach forfeits the remaining paid period, including the unused months of a prepaid period.

14. Privacy

We collect the information needed to run the service:

• your account details (username, email address, date of birth) and your agreement to these terms;
• payment and subscription records, including references and transaction IDs from payment providers;
• a record of the codes, analyses, and downloads provided to your account;
• technical information: sign-in times, IP address, and device and browser information.

We use this to provide the service, verify eligibility, process payments and check refund requests, prevent account sharing and abuse, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers necessary to operate OddsAxis (such as hosting and payment providers) or where the law requires. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support; we retain the minimum record of your subscription, payments, and consent that we are required to keep.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Ghana:

• the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for purpose, or availability;
• we are not liable for betting losses (Section 4), loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss;
• our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid to us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top will change, and material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. A change to these terms does not change the price of a period you have already paid for.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
