OddsAxis — Terms of Use & Liability Waiver Please read carefully. By ticking the consent box at signup, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following. These terms summarise and incorporate our full Terms of Use, published on the OddsAxis website; where the full Terms give more detail, they apply. 1. Age requirement. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the legal age for betting-related activity where you live, whichever is higher. Providing false information about your age is a breach of these terms and may result in your account being closed. We may suspend accounts where we reasonably believe the holder is under 18. 2. What OddsAxis is — and is not. OddsAxis is a sports prediction and analytics service. We publish machine-generated predictions, statistical analysis, and booking codes in SportyBet format. OddsAxis is NOT a bookmaker: we do not accept stakes, hold betting funds, process bets, or pay out winnings. Any bet you place is placed by you, with a licensed betting operator of your choosing, under that operator's own terms. Your subscription pays for access to our analysis — nothing more. OddsAxis is operated by Strix Code, a business registered in Ghana; depending on the payment method, payments may show either name. 3. Independence from SportyBet. OddsAxis is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to SportyBet Ghana or any other betting operator. We generate codes in SportyBet's format solely as a convenience, so our analysis can be reviewed in slip form. Odds shown by OddsAxis reflect the market at the time a code was generated and may differ from the odds available when you view or stake a slip. 4. Informational purpose only. Our predictions are statistical estimates, not statements of fact about future events. Every prediction can lose, including predictions from options with strong historical records. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Guidance we publish about how to use our options (for example, suggested slip lengths) is general information drawn from past results, not personal advice. Nothing on OddsAxis is financial, investment, or betting advice, or an inducement to gamble. 5. No responsibility for outcomes. You alone decide whether to stake. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OddsAxis, its owners and its operators accept no liability for money lost staking any bet, whether or not the bet followed our analysis, nor for loss of profit or opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. 6. Responsible play. Bookmakers hold a structural edge, and most bettors lose over time. Only stake money you can afford to lose. Set limits before you bet, not after. Gambling should never feel like a way out of financial difficulty. If betting is causing you harm, stop and seek support. We reserve the right to refuse service where we believe our product is contributing to harmful gambling. 7. The option library and phased release. OddsAxis operates a large library of prediction engines ("options" or "buttons"), each targeting a specific betting market. Only some are released to users at any time. An option is released only after its settled record demonstrates sustained accuracy at meaningful sample sizes; options without that evidence remain in internal validation. Some options are released as "beta" while evidence is still building, and are labelled as such. The released set changes as evidence accumulates: options may be added when they prove themselves and withdrawn if their performance decays. Published accuracy figures are historical results from our automatically settled ledger; they may go down as well as up and are never a promise of future performance. 8. Our transparency commitment. Every prediction is timestamped before kickoff and settled by machine against final results. We do not delete losing predictions, and our published statistics are computed from the full record. If we correct a settlement error, the correction is applied to the data, not by hiding the entry. This describes our practice; it does not create a warranty beyond clauses 4 and 5. 9. Plans, prices, and personal picks. The Guest plan is free and provides a limited preview, including a one-time free code generation and slip analysis. Paid plans (Bronze, Silver and Gold) are priced in Ghana Cedis. The price of each plan, the options it includes, its number of personal picks, its usage allowances, and any discount for paying for several months at once are shown on the plans page at the time of purchase, and that is what you buy. Prices may change for new purchases; the price you paid for an active period does not change during that period. Each paid plan includes a set of base options and a number of personal picks: additional options you choose yourself from the Pick Menu on the My picks page, which shows each option's settled record. The rules for adding and swapping personal picks are shown on that page. If an option you selected is withdrawn under clause 7, it is removed and you may choose a replacement at no cost. The options included in each plan are reviewed against the public track record and may change: options may be added, replaced or retired as the evidence changes. We will keep the overall value of each plan comparable, and we will announce material changes in your OddsAxis inbox. Usage allowances exist because each generation uses real computing and data resources; unused allowance does not roll over. 10. Payments, prepaid periods, upgrades and refunds. (a) Payment. Payment is by the methods shown on the plans page. Payments made through our online checkout activate your plan automatically once the payment provider confirms them. Payments made by other methods shown on the plans page (for example, from outside Ghana) are checked by hand and activated once confirmed. All prices are charged in the currency shown at checkout; any conversion by your bank or provider, and any fees it charges, are between you and that provider. Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible, for the amount we received; for payments in a digital currency such as USDT, in the same currency and amount. Fees charged by banks, remittance services, exchanges or networks are not refundable. (b) Prepaid periods. Plans can be paid for one, three, six or twelve months. The full amount for the chosen period is charged in advance, at the discount shown at checkout, and the plan runs until the end of that period. Subscriptions do not renew automatically. When a plan expires, the account returns to the free Guest plan. (c) Renewals, upgrades and lower plans. Paying again for the same plan while it is active adds the new period on top of your current expiry date, so renewing early never costs you days. Upgrading to a higher plan takes effect immediately for the period you buy; any unused time on your current plan is converted to time on the higher plan in proportion to the two prices, so the value you have already paid for is not lost. A lower plan can be bought once your current plan has ended. (d) Refunds. Any purchase — whether for one month or for a prepaid period of three, six or twelve months — may be refunded in full if you ask within 24 hours of payment AND the plan has not been used. "Used" means that, since the payment, at least one code has been generated, one slip analysed, or one file downloaded on the account; we verify this from our records. After 24 hours, or once the plan has been used, payments are final, including the unused months of a prepaid period: our product is information that cannot be returned once received. A lost bet is never grounds for a refund. (e) If we stop. If OddsAxis permanently discontinues the service, we will refund the whole unused months of any active prepaid period in proportion to the price you paid. (f) Failed or reversed payments. If a payment fails, is reversed or is charged back, we may suspend or remove the plan it paid for until the matter is resolved. 11. Accounts and acceptable use. Registration requires accurate information and a working email address. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity on your account; tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised. Accounts are personal. To protect this, an account may be signed in on a limited number of devices at once, and signing in elsewhere may sign out an earlier session. Content and downloads may carry a mark identifying the account they were provided to. Sharing credentials, reselling, republishing, broadcasting or systematically sharing our predictions, codes or ledger data (including in Telegram or WhatsApp groups), scraping or automated access, probing or overloading our systems, reverse-engineering our models, creating extra accounts to obtain free trials, or misrepresenting our output as your own or as a guarantee of winnings, are all breaches of these terms. We may throttle, suspend or terminate accounts that breach this clause, without refund. 12. Intellectual property. The OddsAxis name, logo, website, models, predictions, ledger, statistics and generated content are our property or licensed to us. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable licence to view and use the content for your own private purposes. No other rights are granted. 13. Service availability. Generation and analysis depend on third-party data sources whose availability, odds and market coverage we do not control. Odds and markets change continuously, so a generated code may contain selections that are no longer available, suspended, or repriced by the time you view it. Settled results are recorded on a schedule, so recent predictions may show as pending before they are graded. We may take the service down for maintenance, and we will give notice of planned maintenance where we can. We aim for continuous availability but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Where a defect on our side materially prevents you using a paid feature for an extended period, contact us and we will apply a reasonable remedy, such as extending your subscription. 14. Your data and privacy. To operate your account, we collect and store the information you provide (username, email address, date of birth); payment and subscription records (including references and transaction IDs from payment providers); a record of the codes, analyses and downloads provided to your account; and limited technical information (sign-in times, IP address, device and browser information). We use this to provide the service, verify eligibility, process and check payments and refund requests, prevent account sharing and abuse, keep the service secure, and record your agreement to these terms. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers necessary to operate OddsAxis (such as hosting and payment providers) or where the law requires. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support; we retain the minimum record of your subscription, payments and consent that we are required to keep. 15. Termination. You may stop using the service at any time; plans run to the end of their paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, provide false information, abuse our systems or staff, or create legal risk for us. Termination for breach forfeits the remaining paid period, including the unused months of a prepaid period. 16. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms as the service evolves. The version you accept at signup is recorded, material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms. A change to these terms does not change the price of a period you have already paid for. 17. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. 18.
