OddsAxis — Terms of Use & Liability Waiver Please read carefully. By ticking the consent box at signup, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following. These terms summarise and incorporate our full Terms of Use, published on the OddsAxis website; where the full Terms give more detail, they apply. 1. Age requirement. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the legal age for betting-related activity where you live, whichever is higher. Providing false information about your age is a breach of these terms and may result in your account being closed. We may suspend accounts where we reasonably believe the holder is under 18. 2. What OddsAxis is — and is not. OddsAxis is a sports prediction and analytics service. We publish machine-generated predictions, statistical analysis, and booking codes in SportyBet format. OddsAxis is NOT a bookmaker: we do not accept stakes, hold betting funds, process bets, or pay out winnings. Any bet you place is placed by you, with a licensed betting operator of your choosing, under that operator's own terms. Your subscription pays for access to our analysis — nothing more. 3. Independence from SportyBet. OddsAxis is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to SportyBet Ghana or any other betting operator. We generate codes in SportyBet's format solely as a convenience, so our analysis can be reviewed in slip form. Odds shown by OddsAxis reflect the market at the time a code was generated and may differ from the odds available when you view or stake a slip. 4. Informational purpose only. Our predictions are statistical estimates, not statements of fact about future events. Every prediction can lose, including predictions from options with strong historical records. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Nothing on OddsAxis is financial, investment, or betting advice, or an inducement to gamble. 5. No responsibility for outcomes. You alone decide whether to stake. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OddsAxis, its owners and its operators accept no liability for money lost staking any bet, whether or not the bet followed our analysis, nor for loss of profit or opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. 6. Responsible play. Bookmakers hold a structural edge, and most bettors lose over time. Only stake money you can afford to lose. Set limits before you bet, not after. Gambling should never feel like a way out of financial difficulty. If betting is causing you harm, stop and seek support. We reserve the right to refuse service where we believe our product is contributing to harmful gambling. 7. The button library and phased release. OddsAxis operates a library of approximately 90 prediction engines ("buttons"), each targeting a specific betting market. Only a few are released to users at any time. A button is released only after its settled record demonstrates sustained accuracy at meaningful sample sizes; buttons without that evidence remain in internal validation. The released set changes as evidence accumulates: buttons may be added when they prove themselves and withdrawn if their performance decays. Published accuracy figures are historical results from our automatically settled ledger; they may go down as well as up and are never a promise of future performance. 8. Our transparency commitment. Every prediction is timestamped before kickoff and settled by machine against final results. We do not delete losing predictions, and our published statistics are computed from the full record. If we correct a settlement error, the correction is applied to the data, not by hiding the entry. This describes our practice; it does not create a warranty beyond clauses 4 and 5. 9. Tiers, pricing, and personal button selection. The Guest version is free and provides a limited default view. Paid tiers, in Ghana Cedis per month (annual = 10x monthly; early-subscriber founder pricing, where offered, is locked while the subscription remains active; prices may change for new subscribers with notice): Bronze — GHS 8.99: 3 proven base buttons, plus 1 additional button of your choice; Silver — GHS 11.99: 7 base buttons (including all of Bronze), plus 2 additional buttons of your choice; Gold — GHS 15.99: 11 base buttons (including all of Silver), plus 4 additional buttons of your choice. Each tier also grants a defined number of code generations and analyses per period, as described on the subscription page at the time of purchase. Quotas exist because each generation consumes real computing and data resources; unused quota does not roll over. After payment is verified and your tier activated, OddsAxis will contact you to select your additional button(s) from the Pick Menu current at that time, published with each button's settled record. Personal selections remain on your account for the life of your subscription and may be swapped once per billing cycle on request. If a selected button is withdrawn under clause 7, you will be invited to choose a replacement at no cost. We may adjust which buttons belong to which tier as our settled evidence evolves; material reductions to a tier's access during a paid period will be announced, and affected subscribers may contact us for a fair remedy. 10. Payments, renewal, and refunds. Payment is via Mobile Money or the channels listed on the subscription page. Paid access is granted manually after payment is confirmed, normally within 24 hours. Subscriptions do not auto-renew; renewals paid while a subscription is active extend from the current expiry date, so renewing early never costs you days. When a subscription expires, the account reverts to the free Guest version; resubscribing restores your tier. You may request a full refund within 24 hours of your first purchase, provided no code generation or analysis has been used on the account. After 24 hours, or once any generation or analysis has been used, payments are final — our product is information that cannot be returned once seen. A lost bet is never grounds for a refund. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend the subscription until it is resolved. 11. Accounts and acceptable use. Registration requires accurate information and a working email address. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity on your account; tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised. Accounts are personal: sharing credentials, reselling, republishing, broadcasting or systematically sharing our predictions, codes or ledger data (including in Telegram or WhatsApp groups), scraping or automated access, probing or overloading our systems, reverse-engineering our models, or misrepresenting our output as your own or as a guarantee of winnings, are all breaches of these terms. We may throttle, suspend or terminate accounts that breach this clause, without refund. 12. Intellectual property. The OddsAxis name, logo, website, models, predictions, ledger, statistics and generated content are our property or licensed to us. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable licence to view and use the content for your own private purposes. No other rights are granted. 13. Service availability. Generation and analysis depend on third-party data sources whose availability, odds and market coverage we do not control. Odds and markets change continuously, so a generated code may contain selections that are no longer available, suspended, or repriced by the time you view it. Settled results are recorded on a schedule, so recent predictions may show as pending before they are graded. We may take the service down for maintenance. We aim for continuous availability but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Where a defect on our side materially prevents you using a paid feature for an extended period, contact us and we will apply a reasonable remedy, such as extending your subscription. 14. Your data and privacy. To operate your account, we collect and store the information you provide (username, email address, date of birth), subscription and payment records, and limited technical information (usage data, device and browser information, and your IP address for security and rate-limiting). This information is used to provide the service, verify eligibility, and record your agreement to these terms. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers necessary to operate OddsAxis (hosting, payments) or where the law requires. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support; we retain the minimum record of your subscription and consent that we are required to keep. 15. Termination. You may stop using the service at any time; subscriptions run to the end of their paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, provide false information, abuse our systems or staff, or create legal risk for us. Termination for breach forfeits the remaining subscription period. 16. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms as the service evolves. The version you accept at signup is recorded, material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms. 17. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. 18.
